Elected and Appointed
Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg announced that Justin D. Csik, an associate in the firm's corporate and securities department, was appointed to the board of trustees for Independence Charter School in Philadelphia.
He began his tenure through the Philadelphia Bar Foundation nonprofit observer program and was matched with the school to serve as an observer on their board as well as its finance committee.
At the conclusion of the observer program, he was invited to serve as a full member in the same capacities.
