In a bid to guard against other big firms offering more competitive salaries, Philadelphia-based Am Law 100 firm Fox Rothschild on Friday announced increases to base-level compensation of partner-track associates that will go into effect later this month.

Partnership-bound associates from the classes of 2018 through 2021 can expect a $15,000 raise; those from the 2015-2017 classes will see a $12,500 increase, while associates of the 2014 class and earlier will have a $10,000 increase, firm leaders said in a statement.
