Health CareGreenberg Traurig sued U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of Abira Medical Labs d/b/a Genesis Diagnostics. The suit challenges the suspension of the lab's federal certification, which the plaintiff contends will cause it to shut down services amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
