Google will have a chance to appeal a court order denying the tech company’s request to redact portions of lawsuits in the antitrust litigation over Google Play before more filings hit the public docket.

Google’s attorneys from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and O’Melveny & Myers claim that unredacted versions of complaints from plaintiffs—which include Epic Games Inc., consumers, developers, and states—contain “highly sensitive confidential business information,” such as non-public financial data and deal terms with third-parties.
