Financial Services and BankingCounsel at Blank Rome on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against the Xorax Family Trust and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Holland & Knight on behalf of RBX Capital. The case is 2:21-cv-03774, RBX Capital, LP v. Xorax Family Trust et al.
