Counsel at Blank Rome on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against FSD BioSciences and FSD Pharma to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg on behalf of Edward Brennan Jr. and Huma Qamar. The case is 2:21-cv-03771, Brennan, Jr. et al v. FSD Pharma Inc. et al.
