Counsel at Chartwell Law Offices on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Home Depot to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Ostroff Law on behalf of Abdelhak Douma and Ruth Green-Douma. The case is 2:21-cv-03770, Douma et al v. The Home Depot.
