Carlson Lynch filed a travel insurance class action Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court against Federal Insurance Co. The complaint was brought on behalf of customers who contend that their claims for travel reimbursements amid COVID-19 were improperly denied. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-03804, Murray v. Federal Insurance Company.
