Trader Joe's was hit with an employment lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court for alleged violations of the Family Medical Leave Act. The action was brought by Console Mattiacci Law on behalf of James Jarmon. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-03889, Jarmon v. Trader Joe's Company.
