Hittinger has entered an appearance for drug developer Annovis Bio Inc., its CEO Maria Maccecchini and its CFO Jeffrey McGroarty in a pending securities class action. The suit, filed Aug. 17 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Glancy Prongay & Murray, accuses the defendants of misleading investors regarding the efficacy of its drug candidate for the treatment of neurodegeneration.
