Berger Montague filed a class action Thursday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court against DHL Express and Vans Express. The suit alleges wage-and-hour violations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-01514, Reitzi v. Vans Express Inc. et al.

The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
