Lawyers at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC on Wednesday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against the operators of Broomall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, which accuses the nursing home of negligence in its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, was filed by Swartz Culleton PC on behalf of the survivors of resident John J. Lynch Sr. The case is 2:21-cv-03924, Lynch et al v. Broomall Operating Company LP et al.
