Samuel E. Paul of Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young has entered an appearance for Upstate Wholesale Supply Inc., the owner of Brite Computers, in a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The action was filed July 19 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci on behalf of cybersecurity company Clone Systems Inc.
