TransportationAttorneys at Littler Mendelson on Tuesday removed an employment lawsuit against Uber to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, which alleges violations of the Philadelphia Fair Criminal Record Screening Law, was filed by the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore on behalf of John Mason III. The case is 2:21-cv-03983, Mason v. Uber Technologies, Inc.
