A Pittsburgh contractor won an $11.5 million personal injury verdict Sept. 16 in the second jury trial held for the case.

Again, a jury in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas considered the matter of Mader v. Duquesne Light, but this time, the issues in question were limited to lost wages and pain and suffering.
