Counsel at Goldberg Segalla on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Carvana, an online used car seller known for its car vending machines, and Ricardo Alvarado Rosero to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by the Law Offices of Vincent J. Ciecka on behalf of Kyriacos Argyropoulos, Lauretta Argyropoulos and Philip E. Benson. The case is 2:21-cv-04157, Benson et al. v. Rosero et al.
