Attorneys at Kutak Rock on Wednesday removed an insurance lawsuit against USAA to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Horn Williamson LLC on behalf of Alex Cohen and Sara Cohen. The case is 2:21-cv-04172, Cohen et al v. USAA Casualty Insurance Company.
