Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and other law firms on Monday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Aramark, Honeywell International, JBS, JBS USA Holdings and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Washington & Washington and Williams Cedar on behalf of the Estate of Bosco Htoo, a beef processing worker who died from a knife wound to the neck due to the defendants’ alleged negligence. The case is 2:21-cv-04256, Paw v. Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel, LLC et al.
