Barley Snyder filed a patent infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court against Staten Island Building Products. The complaint pursues claims on behalf of Hanover Prest-Paving Co., a manufacturer of concrete paving products. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
