A lawsuit brought by two men injured in a 2018 shooting at a western Pennsylvania magisterial district court office has been dismissed.

U.S. District Judge W. Scott Hardy of the Western District of Pennsylvania granted defendants Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock, Magisterial District Court 14-3-02 and Manstown Borough’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs Jared Szerensci and Scott Furlong’s complaint.
