Counsel at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Thursday removed an employment lawsuit against online pet retailer Chewy to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The suit, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was filed by Winebrake & Santillo and O'Malley & Langan P.C. on behalf of Simeon Myerski. The case is 3:21-cv-01685, Myerski v. Chewy, Inc.
