A practicing attorney for more than two decades, Foca shares the firm's focus on transactional real estate and brings experience in leasing, purchases, sales, financing and complex commercial matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Law, Foca was in-house counsel for a restaurant organization and an investment property company, handling transactions and leasing in multi-state capacities.
