Carlson Lynch filed an insurance class action Monday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of businesses seeking coverage of business losses due to COVID-19. The complaint pursues claims against Twin City Fire Insurance Co. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-01355, Martin et al v. Twin City Fire Insurance Company.
