Shook, Hardy & Bacon filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of AIG Property Casualty Co. and other plaintiffs. The suit pursues claims against Interstate NDT Inc. for failure to pay on insurance policies. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-01363, Commerce & Industry Insurance Company et al v. Interstate NDT, Inc.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
