MGM Growth Properties, the major operator of casinos in Las Vegas, and its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over the company's proposed acquisition by VICI Properties Inc. for $17.2 billion. The action was brought by Grabar Law on behalf of Matthew Hopkins. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-04556, Hopkins v. MGM Growth Properties LLC et al.
