InsuranceAttorneys at Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Ironshore Specialty Insurance Company and Proselect Insurance Company to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The complaint, filed by Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney on behalf of Conemaugh Health System Inc., seeks coverage in connection with underlying litigation over alleged sexual abuse of minor patients by a Conemaugh physician. The case is 3:21-cv-00190, Conemaugh Health System, Inc. v. Proselect Insurance Company et al.
