Jeld-Wen Holding, a door and window manufacturer, was sued Thursday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the Family and Medical Leave Act. The court action was brought by J.P. Ward & Associates on behalf of Jhandell Perry. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-01838, Perry v. Jeld-Wen Inc.
