K&L Gates filed a trade secret lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of nuclear technology company Westinghouse Electric Co. The complaint targets former Westinghouse vice president Michael E. Kirst for allegedly refusing to return from a temporary post in Belgium and subsequently misappropriating confidential information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-01559, Westinghouse Electric Company LLC v. Kirst.
