Pennsylvania State University was sued Monday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court by a former worker at the Nittany Lion Inn dining room who contends that she was sexually assaulted by her supervisor. The lawsuit, filed by Mensing Law, pursues employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims on behalf of a 'Jane Doe' plaintiff. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:21-cv-01862, Doe v. The Pennsylvania State University.
