Attorneys at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin on Monday removed a product liability lawsuit against Groupon Inc. and Oxgord Inc. to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The complaint, over an alleged faulty ladder, was filed by Lowenthal & Abrams on behalf of Concetta Buonsante and Domenico Buonsante. The case is 3:21-cv-01850, Buonsante et al. v. Oxgord, Inc. et al.
