Echo Global Logistics, a supplier of logistics and supply chain management services, and its board of directors were slapped with a shareholder lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over its proposed acquisition by funds managed by The Jordan Company for $1.3 billion. The court case was filed by Grabar Law Office on behalf of Matthew Whitfield. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-04917, Whitfield v. Echo Global Logistics Inc. et al.
