The complaint was filed on behalf of Michael Christopher Unger, who claims his vehicle was repossessed despite being approved for a payment deferment amid COVID-19. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-04939, Unger v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., d/b/a Wells Fargo Auto et al.
