On Dec. 9, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath business litigation partner Antonio Pozos is scheduled to co-present a virtual CLE with Jordan Strauss, managing director of Kroll, titled "Leading Technology Enabled Investigations: Effective Management and Ethical Pitfalls."
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to transform the way business is conducted. It has made the effective use of technology particularly important to manage internal and governmental investigations; however, the increasing use of technology poses its own ethical pitfalls and complications.
Pozos and Strauss will provide attendees with strategies for effectively managing technology-enabled investigations, particularly in the COVID-19 era. They will also explore the capabilities and limitations of forensic and remote investigations, the balancing act of embracing evolving technologies while managing privacy concerns, and legal and ethical considerations when interacting with company personnel or government agencies.
