Technology Media and TelecomDesigner Brands, the parent company of Designer Shoe Warehouse, was hit with a website accessibility lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Carlson Brown and Lynch Carpenter on behalf of Jordan Gallacher, contends that the defendant's website denies full access to blind and visually impaired individuals. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-01645, Gallacher v. Designer Brands Inc.
