Clark Hill filed a copyright lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court on behalf of adult film producer Strike 3 Holdings. The suit accuses a 'John Doe' defendant of using BitTorrent protocol to unlawfully download and distribute Strike 3 films. The case is 1:21-cv-01970, Strike 3 Holdings, LLC v. John Doe subscriber assigned IP address 98.117.0.217.
