Morgan, Lewis & Bockius filed a copyright infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court on behalf of Grover Gaming Inc. and Banilla Games Inc., which develop and manufacture coin-operated slot-style games. The complaint pursues claims against Yorker Tobacco and its owners for alleged display of gaming cabinets with pirated versions of the plaintiffs' Fusion games. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-01960, Banilla Games, Inc. et al v. Yorker Tobacco, LLC et al.
