Lance D. Greene has joined Saxton & Stump's white-collar defense and health care litigation and mitigation teams as an associate, bringing more trial lawyer experience to the firm's growing set of resources for litigation defense clients.

Earlier this year, former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Carson B. Morris launched the team and quickly added one of the top defense attorneys on the East Coast in attorney William C. Costopoulos. Greene is the latest addition and will also assist the commercial litigation and healthcare litigation and mitigation teams.

When he was hired as assistant district attorney (ADA), Greene made headlines as one of the first Black ADAs in the long history of the Lancaster County office. Now he is entering private practice and bringing his experience as a prosecutor to help clients navigate complex criminal and civil litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative proceedings.
