Attorneys at Jackson Lewis on Thursday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against National Express LLC to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit was filed by Praetorian Law Group on behalf of an African American bus driver who claims that he was unlawfully terminated after filing an HR complaint against his manager for racist conduct in the workplace. The case is 2:21-cv-01687, Manley v. National Express LLC.
