McNees Wallace & Nurick announced the addition of attorneys Zachary Einsig, Kaitlan Price and Rachel Rowe to the firm's real estate group.
Einsig focuses on transactional work, drafting leases and purchase agreements for clients including corporations. He also handles preparation for municipal land use approvals and associated municipal presentations, and completes a wide variety of related actions necessary to achieve client success.
He worked at a Philadelphia-based Am Law 50 law firm prior to joining McNees, where he developed a keen eye for detail working as a corporate and securities attorney.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
