Fox Rothschild has hired away Dechert’s chief financial officer, Troy Senter. He will take over for Edward Gillespie, who is assuming a newly created position as Fox Rothschild’s chief accounting officer, firm leaders announced Monday.

As the overseer of the firm’s financial operations, new CFO Senter has been tasked with finding opportunities for greater efficiency and maximizing capital, Fox Rothschild said in Monday’s announcement. Senter began at the firm Nov. 15, according to a firm spokesperson.
