He concentrates on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters. Holtzheimer has assisted numerous U.S. and international clients in transformative transactions valued in excess of $2.5 billion.
Holtzheimer counsels clients in various industries concerning their general operations, structure, governance, and in connection with complex transactions. He joins Eckert Seamans from the law firm of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads.
