On Nov. 20, van der Veen, Hartshorn and Levin hosted their annual free turkey basket giveaway and clothing drive at Oasis City Church. Baskets were given away to the first 350 families who registered in the Olney area of Philadelphia. Volunteers helped distribute food, clothing and goodwill to the people of the community.
This marks van der Veen’s third year hosting the giveaway event.
