DiSandro & Malloy announced that Robert A. DiSandro has joined the firm as an associate. DiSandro received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph's University and his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law.
DiSandro began his legal career at a regional claimant's workers' compensation firm before transitioning to a civil litigation defense firm where he defended claims arising from construction accidents, workplace injuries, and products liability matters over the past five years.
He worked on a trial team with the lead partner who was regularly retained on the eve of trial for catastrophic injury cases unable to be resolved. Additionally, this team was often tasked with conducting mock jury focus groups.
