Following is a listing of Pennsylvania executive and legislative action for the week of Dec. 6. Both houses of the General Assembly were in recess at press time. The state Senate and House of Representatives were each set to return to session Monday.

Emergency Relief Program

Spurred on by the $100 million in damage to public infrastructure, homes and businesses caused by Hurricane Ida, Rep. Joe Ciresi, D-Montgomery, has proposed establishing a State Emergency Supplemental Grant Program for disaster relief.
