Defense: Emotional Cabbie Lost Control of Vehicle
On Aug. 1, 2016, plaintiff Jason Partlow, 49, a taxi's driver, was driving on DeKalb Street, near its intersection at East Wood Street, in Norristown. Austin White was traveling on East Wood Street approaching the same intersection. Partlow claimed that his taxi's left side was struck by White's pickup truck. Partlow's vehicle traveled off of the roadway, and it struck a utility pole.
