Plaintiff Not Hurt in Auto Accident, Defense Contended
On June 12, 2018, plaintiff Gary Borkon, 46, was driving on Route 30, near its intersection at Waterloo Road, in Devon. His car's rear end was struck by a trailing sport utility vehicle that was being driven by Mark Serhienko. Borkon claimed that he suffered injuries of his back, his neck and his shoulders.
