Pond Lehocky Giordano LLP has announced the promotion of two attorneys to partner: Kajal Alemo and Michael J. Parker.
Alemo received her undergraduate degree from George Washington University and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations as well as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Alemo also serves on the Social Security executive council of the American Association for Justice, a national advocacy organization for trial lawyers.
Alemo is currently the head of the resolution team at Pond Lehocky. This team's sole purpose is to ensure that every workers' compensation client has their case analyzed and prepared for the best resolution possible. Prior to forming the resolution team, Alemo litigated thousands of Social Security disability cases to favorable conclusions.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
