Andris Law filed a trade secrets lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of Beutler Enterprises Inc. (BEI). The suit accuses certain former BEI officers of a coordinated effort to form a competing company, Lumino Digital, and to poach clients from BEI, violating non-solicitation provisions in their employment agreements. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00023, Beutler Enterprises, Inc v. Ruff et al.
