Lawyers at Wilson Elser on Tuesday removed a product liability lawsuit against Samsung to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, over property damage arising from an alleged faulty charger, was filed by Sandler & Marchesini on behalf of Allstate, as subrogee of Thomas Dobson and Diane Dobson. The case is 2:22-cv-00022, Allstate Property & Casualty Insurance Company v. Samsung, et al.
