Courtney K. Warmington and Matthew S. Panach of Fuller Tubb Bickford Warmington & Panach and Sunshine R. Fellows of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith have stepped in to defend Oxidizer Solutions, former CECO employee Richard Whitford and Process Combustion Corporation, respectively, in a pending trade secret lawsuit. The case, filed Nov. 23 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by Rawle & Henderson on behalf of CECO Group Inc. and CECO Industrial Solutions Inc., accuses Whitford of violating his non-disclosure agreement and misappropriating confidential information to form competitor Oxidizer Solutions.
